At Tarun Tahiliani, we strive to ensure your couture experience is seamless; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on eligible luxury pret and accessories within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal or contact our concierge team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all designer tags and security seals intact for our quality control team to review.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the item securely in the original shipping box and include the invoice; our logistics partner will be scheduled for a complimentary pick-up at your convenience.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the returned item passes our rigorous quality check, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10-12 business days to your original payment method.
