How long does it take to deliver a couture outfit?
Since our couture and bridal pieces are meticulously handcrafted, delivery typically takes 8 to 12 weeks. Ready-to-wear items are usually dispatched within 7 to 10 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our collections globally. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on the destination and are calculated at the time of checkout.
Can I request custom alterations for my order?
We provide bespoke fitting services for our couture line. For online orders, we offer minor alterations based on the measurements provided; however, we recommend visiting one of our flagship ateliers for the perfect fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
As our garments are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is received in a damaged condition. Please contact our concierge within 24 hours of delivery for any quality concerns.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
While we strive to represent our garments as accurately as possible, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings and the artisanal nature of our hand-dyeing processes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, and secure digital payment gateways. For high-value couture orders, bank transfers can also be arranged through our sales representatives.
